Volleyball Fundamentals
Entry Level
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
These popular classes are for boys and girls who want to learn & practice the fundamental skills of overhand serving, passing, setting, & spiking. These are ongoing, 1 hour classes, occurring in 8 week intervals.

Summer Camps
The NUVA Summer All Skills Camp is for rising 4th grade and up through 12th grade athletes.
It is designed to teach and advance the fundamental skills in the sport: passing, serving, setting and attacking with a focus on passing and serving.
This small group co-ed instructional camp will be taught by Lackawanna College assistant coach Kate Lindholm and by U of Scranton grad assistant coach, Mary Kate Mooney. These dynamic coaches will be using Gold Medal Squared techniques to ensure the athletes are performing volleyball skills as efficiently as possible.

The NUVA Summer Advanced Camp is for athletes who have participated in Club Volleyball or played on a Varsity Team. This camp will consist of competitive drills, real game situations and small group play.
This small group camp will keep boys separate from girls, and will be taught by Wilkes University coaches, Joe and Alex Czopek, and by the University of Scranton assistant coach, Ashley Zalewski.
